This was a $0.99 trial offer for Acai Berry plus postage. The product took 13 days to get here. The company was immediately called and the agent said no problem, you are taken off the list. Of course, if you do not demand a confirmation number for the cancellation, you are charged. Additionally, the charge was posted prior to 14 days.
Luckily, we had checked our account by phone and seen that we were charged the 89 plus dollars. We canceled our credit card so no more would be charged and returned the product by certified mail. The agent did not give us a rma so I wonder if we will get a refund. I have disputed the charges with my cc company and have filed a complaint with the Florida Consumer Commissioner and the Florida BBB.
The terms and conditions are not given to you unless you scroll all the way down and in minute letters "terms and conditions" has to be clicked. Finally figured that out after much searching - all the acai berry sites do the same -FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISING. Anyone who works for this company is either a thief or brainwashed.
