Earth4energy Paid 49.95 and never recieved A thing, and no Refund or contact from These rippoffs

Signed up for this item and paid for it. Never recieved the item either in my snail mail nor in my email inbox. Tried emailing this Ted guy to get a refund and never got a responce back nor a refund back. Guy does not list a phone number or a physical address to get in contact with him. It is a fraud.
