Stephen Barbarino, who claims to know how to run IT campaigns has proven to be a liar and has very little experience in IT campaigns. We worked together at one time and it proved to be a mistake. We parted ways amicably and both moved on.
In January of I recieved a phone call from Mr. Barbarino and asked if he could do some work for us. He would do this work for FREE so that he could use it for his resume. I always liked Stephen and after a few months called him and expressed my desire to move forward.
Again, a mistake. From FREE it went to $12. Per hour and then $18. Per hour. I realize that this was cheap for an experienced IT person, but by no means was he or is he experienced. But, we tried. It started out well. As time went on he needed money for different campaigns. At this time we did not want to spend money on SEO or any other campaign due to expense. As a company, we decided to use the funds for a quicker return.
I received an e-mail from Mr. Barbarino stating that it was not the right time for us to move forward and it would be better to wait. Again, we both agreed.
I found out that Mr. Barbarino put my name and my companies name on Rip Off the other day. I was under the impression that we both understood the situatuion. I recieved e-mails, which I have from Mr. Barbarino expressing his
desire to be able to work with us in the future.
I told him that his outstanding invoice would be paid on the 17th of July. He repsonded that would be fine. Again, I have all his e-mails.
This is what you get from liars and cheats who barely know to run an IT campaign. You give a person like Stephen a chance and you get stabbed in the back. Do not get involved with this person... He will take whatever money he can and deliver nothing... This will be going to lawyers for defamation. Enough is enough... Be very careful of this person...
