Clear service sucks. I never did call customer service. I was trying to get the salesman out. He said I will come over personally and help. YA RIGHT!!! Emailed to re connect after I had to break first appt. 22 days later he emails after I right Clear to cancel. My friend who is in the business tried everything the best we could get inside was 1 bar. And out side 2 sketchy bars. Another Clear dealer told me they know there signal with in feet. But they keep selling anyway even though they know you won't get service.
