Ripoff billing by spaming ripped off and scammed

Y trying to shut off spam advertisment, i must have hit a download. Not knowing that i had done it.

Since i have a slower internet conn. It takes some time to clear this crap off.

Then i get this bill in the mail for 24 min. At charge of 4.99 a min. Totaling 119.76.

I didnot even view the content i had deleted the downlaod. Because i did not want it.
