We to were ripped off by Lisa Munoz and LM Designing. They took on the project without really considering if they could in fact really build the site we needed. The site we needed built was quoted by other legitimate services as taking at least a year to build and a very large sum of money to make it happen. Lisa when asked said no problem that it would take 4 months and be a fraction of the price. This should of been OUR red flag but as it goes with a start up, money is everything so we chose the company that bid the lowest. I cannot tell you how HUGE of a mistake this was.
I am not going to get into to much detail since we are planning on suing the heck out them/her and hopefully putting them out of business. But what I will say is from the start we were assigned to a girl named Iris who must of still been in school because her designs were ridiculous and laughable. I think they have some sort of internship where they let kids in to work in a real office and hand them real assignments to save more money for Lisa's pockets The next issue we had was the small example site that they presented to us to view.
The site was built on pre-existing code from other websites. None of the code was custom built or written, if we wanted this type of site we would of built a dot mac page. Lastly Lisa has some poor sales kid named Greg who she has do her dirty work, which is charging the cards illegally. This happened to the other guy on this page and it happened to us, and actually through our digging we have found a whole bunch of other customers who complain about the same issue. It truly is a wonder how they are still in business.
I feel bad for Greg and Iris because they are going to go down with the ship and get a bad name for themselves. Lisa is a bad person and should not be operating a business. Please stay away!!!
