My experience with rip off artist CEO Brandt Andersen

I have read all the uSight files on usacomplaints.com and I wanted to share my personal experience with CEO Brandt Andersen.

My experience began with uSight giving my web site to customers as an example site to show people what other customers have done. Some of these people emailed me their questions and told me to take a look at usacomplaints.com. When I looked at this site I was obviously very disturbed. I have been working very hard on starting up my new business for the last year and now I am finally crossing over into the making money stage. These reports hit me like a bomb, I started thinking that the company was going to be shutdown and all my hard work and monetary investment would have been for nothing. I then decided that my only choice was to go straight to the top of uSight.

I emailed CEO Brandt Andersen all of my individual concerns about uSights future, the future of my business, and my suggestions on how uSight can improve. Keep in mind that I was not rude or threatening. I have read others advice saying to be rude when contacting uSight but remember no matter situation is all this will do is cause you to be ignored or be put on the other persons defensive.

I finished my email to Mr. Andersen at about midnight on Sunday night. When I checked my email in the morning he had already gotten back to me by 8am. I was completely surprised because this was contradictory to all the horrible things that I had been reading on usacomplaints.com.

In his email he explained that he was out of town in meetings but he would have a top executive contact me today and he would get back to me when he got back in the office on Wednesday. Fifteen minuets later the phone rang with one of his top executives. He again explained to me that Mr. Andersen wanted to make every effort to get back to me as soon as possible, but he was out town and would get back to me when he was back in the office.

We then discussed all of my concerns that I had addressed in the email. He did not give me the runaround; instead we talked straight about my individual situation. I then emailed Mr. Andersen back thanking him for getting back to me so quickly and I told him I looked forward from hearing from him on Wednesday. He then emailed again (keep in mind he was still on the road in meetings) that same day confirming that he would track me down on his return.

On Wednesday morning Mr. Andersen personally called me. We talked about all of my personal concerns, he was also eager to hear my suggestions on how I thought uSight could improve. We talked honestly to each other and he treated me with respect and as an equal. We spent about 45 minuets on the phone that day. I truly believe that Mr. Andersen deeply cares about uSight and his customers.
I think everyone needs to remember that starting a new business is a huge commitment and it takes a great deal of work especially in the beginning to start up. My advice to anyone who is having trouble starting a business is to educate yourself as much as possible and work incredibly hard, because what you get back depends what you put in. The other thing to remember if you do have a concern address it professionally with uSight and they will give you the individual attention you need in the matter.
