Refused to refund product when it was unsucessful at retriving my files off the CDRW USA

I spent over a month working with this company to get my product registered after purchasing on line. Then after much frustration, I finally was able to retrieve some files, but this program said that they were corrupt. They advertise that they can retrieve corrupt files, but I was never able to see the content of the files. I called and asked for a refund, but never got any results.
