My ten year old son was browsing the internet one night when these adult pop-up windows appeared. He said he tried to close them out but they kept popping up.@ a month later i received a bill for 31.14 for 6 min. Of use.
I called alyon & explained the issue & they told me the situation was resolved. Alyon said they had my account info on file & that i would no longer be able to use their service. I was livid. I told alyon i had no intentions of using or condone using their trash especially to my kids. I also asked alyon how in the hell they got my personal account info.
@ a month after that i received a letter from a collections agency saying i owed 38.00 to alyon. I explained the entire story to them & even wrote them a letter of how the events unfolded. I e-mailed alyon back about the collections agency & asked why especially when they, alyon, said issue was over.
Alyon now says that i did not contact them via e-mail & they new nothing of my complaint. Please help thanks
