In March I invested $1,000.00 in Modern Marketing Systems. They insisted that their system would make an income and if not, after one year I could get my investment back. After several months of nothing, I contacted Mr. Jim Ford and he waived the monthly fees because the websites chosen were not making anything. I have had numerous calls to him and even sent a certified letter to Modern Marketing Sept expressing my concern about the lack of any action. I was completely ignored again. It has been a difficult situation trying to talk to him.
Finally on June 8, he returned my calls and denied telling me he was waiving the fees and told me that because I did not pay the monthly fees the sites were not paying. I told him that was not true, he asked if I was saying he was lying. I said yes and he hung up. I have asked him for the refund numerous times and he is doing everything possible not to comply. Jim Ford has always been a rude person and very hard to deal with. I searched the internet for other unhappy investors and found the exact situation I have, even having the fees waived only to use it as an excuse not to pay.
I have copies of my letter of Sept. 2008 and of other people explaining the exact info I have given above.
