After finding errors in File Reference in the HKEY file, RegZooka locked up and I had to reboot the system. This happened every time I ran the program. Sent several emails to BluePenguin. They never helped or resolved the problem and finally sent me an email saying they were closing out the ticket as 'resolved'. I then asked for a refund, with written confirmation, but haven't heard from them since. Beware - this is ripoff.
