Even after flagging the box No Authorized Renewal, they still charged my card. When I called to get my money returned I was told they do not give refunds. When I stated that they renewed the subcription without authorization, Larry stated then send me the email that states that the account was flagged that way. What email, they don't send out an email as far as I know. He states they do, I said then go back in your system and prove to me you send them out.
You are unable to cancel this account online. I filed a dispute with my card company and also told them I will file a report with the BBB, Attorney General, FTC. He finally relented and is suppose to send back the 36.00 dollars they charged the card. I also sent their support site an email to cancel the account and filed a complaint about customer service rep Larry telling me that I lied about the account being flagged as a non renewal account.
This company has no problem taking your money, but makes it as hard as possible to get out of their subscriptions.
