Took a credit card number and billed me to provide download access which was not provided

I was lead to this 'company' to provide a msn access. My money was taken from my credit card and none of the services have been provided. Followingthe trail i ended up by continually being diverted into blind alleys and back to myself. My spyware continually detected 'trojans' and i had to stop pursuit. There is no contact available to any individual and the only thing they did with super efficiency was to take my money. I have heard nothing from them since. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card and am now informing 'ripoff'. The e mail access was called 'quick time movie' let all others beware!!!
