Ripoff They don't give any help and continues to suck checking account

My wife and I attended a seminar on the 26th of Feb. There was a great speaker by the name of BUD LETHRIDGE who charmed us with his wit on this internet online biz thing.

After the sales pitch was over we rushed to the back and signed up for the stuff. We got a website search engine submission for 99 dollars then a right to become a licensed website distributor for 399 dollars or 499 dollars cant remember right now and we passed on buying the travel thing. We signed all kinds of contracts and nothing was ever fully explained to us.

Then when we expected to get this start up kit, it was a 2 page READ ME FIRST pamphlet with a bogus cd of information you can get off the net. We really felt confident in our purchase then we went to the training seminar.

At the seminar there was another guy who really was not as fast as BUD his name was Randy Judd. He went through a few things about using the website and then talked about different ideas like selling websites. He gave us his contact info and email address which was nice, but he has never gotten back to us. They probably have him going from city to city ripping off more people. That is why we cant hear from him.

At the end of the supposed training seminar we were sold something else. It was a website package deal, you could get 5 websites at 745 dollars and 10 or 15 or 50 websites at different package deals. We then bought the mini travel things for 100 dollars and got 20 of them.

We signed up and spent the money we did not have and 3 months later. No website running and the only thing that is running is money out of our checking account for the merchant account.

Here is what we learned since Feb 26.

1. The uBuilder 2.1 is not that user friendly (there is only so much you can actually do with it). Usight actually can make all the adjustments for a price. Or you have to know how to code for yourself.

2. Customer service is no good (my wife has called them a numerous amount of times to hear music on the other end) when she does get through they are very brief.

3. When she has sent them an email they would respond and it will be the same person all the time. Her responses were also brief. They have you guessing and not knowing what is going on!

4. Then they send someone to call you to pay for a personal coach. They ask how much you have on your credit card and this coach is supposed to step by step walk you through for 6 months in this aggressice marketing stragey thing. Glad we did not have 3k-4k to spend on that!

5. The bank charges you a 20 dollar no transaction fee if you dont make any sales.

6. They start to charge you the 39.95 hosting fee as soon as you are able to log on to uBuilder which they did not tell us. They said when we publish the website then we would get charged the hosting fee.

7. The merchant account is a lease to own meaning either we pay in full which wuold be 1800-1900 dollars or pay the 3200k at 89.95 a month. But the catch is that if you have been paying on it for year you still have to pay the full 18-19k, they do not subtract what you have already paid them.

There is much more but that is all I can remember now.

I don't know how those other people on www.semreg.com were able to get their business up and running but we are having a hard time. I also noticed that those other people had their own product and were not selling bogus websites like we were trying to figure out how to do.

Anyway buyer be aware of what you are signing your name too.
