A-1 Leasing - Lease credit card machine for $6240.00 A-1 Leasing will take care of you? Oops I meant take you!

I admit I was foolish & desperate to fall for Brian Gressett's (with USA card services) pressuring sales pitch that would set me back currently over $5500.00 with 4 months to go into the stupid contract with A-1 Leasing.

I am leasing a credit card machine under a non-cancel agreement for 48 months.

I fell into this web of deception in September. I found out about others in 2008 on this website who had been scammed. I too, received a notice for a class action settlement stating that I could receive 3 months payment-Excuse me! Was this settlement for real?

If there are so many people that have been ripped off by these people, why are they still drafting our accounts or sueing for non payment? Why are they getting away with it?

I canceled the account with I-Payment in June and am still being drafted for $10.96. I called I-Payment who confirms the cancellation and they give me E-Commerce's number. I call E-Commerce and they give me I-Payment's number. I have talked to so many people about this and keep getting the same run around. Sometimes I get the same number to call. My last call was to E-Commerce and I got the voice mail of Ray Folland, who hopefully will call me back. I also called A-1 Leasing but their office had closed so I will try back tomorrow.

With only a few months to go with this nightmare and no money to continue payments, what should I do? We all just want out right? What is the "only optional next step"? I have been raised to do the right thing and since I signed the stupid contract I must be liable. However, if these "people" thrive on preying on hard working and vulnerable Americans their only intentions are to get what they think is owed them. I say they should get what's coming to them and have the book thrown at them and everyone who has been victimized should get every penny they paid to them as well as punitive damages. What seems to be the problem with proving them fraudulent?
