Bruce Mower and his friend Tom Skibowski of Kalispell, Montana, are both currently under criminal investigation for embezzlement, theft, and fraud, out of both Yavapai County, AZ and Flathead County, MT.

As stated above, Bruce Mower is currently working with another individual named "Tom Ski, " aka TOM SKIBOWSKI of Western Montana state, for at least the past year. The two of them have created an internet marketing - website development - SEO company (Search Engine Optimization), which is nothing more than a scam, with the main objective being to defraud its so called "customers & clients, " as well as "interested business investors / business partners."
In just the past 6 months, myself and others that have witnessed Bruce Mower's ability to con people into believing that he was a knowledgeable and capable individual in the fields of computer graphics design, computer programming, and internet marketing. Bruce Mower enjoys misrepresenting himself in a manor that describes himself as being a successful business owner with decades of experience in formulating cutting edge marketing strategies, having vast research and developmental attributes, as well as program designing capabilities.
In fact, this man has been unemployed for a great length of time, unable to even pay his own rent as he battles with eviction month after month. Bruce Mower while misrepresenting himself to be "gods gift to computer mastery and marketing solutions, " LITERALLY has to coerce others to send him money for his own grocery bills... By the way, did I forget to mention that this is a grown man in his 60's that were currently being warned about folks??? (born on 06-05-1948... I'd have to say that Pathetic! Would be an huge understatement at best).
Myself and others have known BRUCE MOWER in both a personal and "business, " capacity and have never once witnessed him produce anything close to professional grade work, or any work of anything remotely close to high quality service regarding any of the areas that he claims to be an expert in... This is over a 9 month period of time in which we have literally spent thousands of dollars on Computer equipment, Business and Admin fees, and etc. (which was needed he said "in order to do his portion of the work assigned to him"... Which he never even completed!!!). I.E. The $2,000.00 computer that we purchased with our own personal funds, is still in Bruce Mowers possession... And although we have a signed written agreement, the "legal ignoramis, " still refuses to compensate us for our property, or even simply just send it back. I guess he thinks that he can avoid the law??? Regardless, the man obviously has no shame whatsoever when it comes to both personal and/or business interactions involving others.
BRUCE MOWER is currently trying to look for other suckers (like ourselves) to "go into business with, " or sell a false product or promise to at some point in time. I have barely scratched the surface with the above information that I have written on here, regarding all of the different B.S. This man is capable of. Therefore, I will conclude this announcement to my fellow consumers of the world by clearly stating once again...
Beware of this man!!! He and his collegue tom skibowski are the definition of con men!!! They will take your money, your time, and your trust, and stomp all over it. All the while giving you excuse after excuse as nothing productive is ever accomplished.in the end, you will have lost thousands of dollars of your hard earned money, with nothing to show except perhaps a page full of police case numbers and the fbi asking you for further information to support case stucture!!!
We have contacted the proper authorities both state and federal (Federal because there crimes have crossed state lines we were so informed), hired legal counsel, and hope to minimize the damage that these leaches on society have caused many many people, by warning all that we can.
In the mean time please do not make the same mistakes we did. Please beware!!!
