In January I ordered 100 personalized ribbons from an Ebay seller. The seller cashed my check and never sent the item. I called many times and sent numerous emails and at first got apologies for being late and promises that my ribbons were coming.
By March they refused to respond; by now they have disconnected all of their phone numbers. They have promised my ribbons or a refund, but have never sent it. I was contacted by one of about 20 others similarly affected.
I have filed reports with Ebay, The Federal Trade Commission, The BBB... All I want is my $15 that I paid. They whole time she was doing this to people on Ebay she was still "selling", but wouldn't return money she stole from her customers. All I want is to be made whole again. No excuses, no promises, just my money or my ribbons.
