Granthelp debited my account 4 times, 3 times for 74.95 and once for 29.95 without my authorization. I called and they told me that the money would be credited to my account in 7-10 business days. Well it has been 15 business days and I called again. They told the money would refunded beginning of this week. I called again and they told next week. Well I have cancelled my account and I going to keep calling hopefully to resolve the situation.
