This Chris Souers or Chris Soures guy comes off as very intelligent and very friendly. He claims to be selling a business where you can make $3,500/month from his website www.winthepick3.com. He is selling the business for $9,500 and is willing to work with you if you cannot pay in full. He sent me a very legitimate purchase agreement that was 6 pages and was prepared by a lawyer. The fax number he gives is 312-268-7466. This is a SCAM! Do not wire or agree to any of the terms!
