DRI Unauthorized charges to my charge account Wilmington Delaware

On 5/16/09 I found multiple charges (2 @ $29.99) made to my VISA account by this company; made without my authorization or consent. Without argument, a phone call got verbal assurance the charges would be removed/credited. Buyer beware!
