Associates Gold Visa ripoff fraud business, claims that I made charges in a state that I did not live in. And I have proof that I was not there when the charges had been made. Do not know Nationwide...
Two years ago, I was contacted by Associates Gold Visa, to pay them over $600. For items I had purchased in NY. I Live on the west coast, and have proof that I was not in NY to make those charges on that one date. (All the charges had been charged on one day at a mall).
They hasseled me for one year, until I finally got a layer who found out that they were not a legitimate company. This week I reseived a letter from a collection agency that says that I have to pay on this account. So now once again I have to fight this.
