I worked for John Heintz in 1996-1998 during that time he talked me into investing in his company. I did not receive any paperwork from John and when I asked he always had an excuse. I and my wife were personal friends with John and Tania so it did not set off any red flags at first.in addition to my investment cash he owes me for two years of wages. You see since we were friends and this was a "start up" company I gave him a lot of lee way before the truth hit me in the head.
