I ordered a movie from e-bay around October-08. It was late about two months and finaly got it. On May-09 I discovered their charge in my credit card and looked back on prior statements to find out they have been charging me since Nov-08 Charges where 29.95 and a dollar every month.
I contacted them and told me I did not call during the trial membership which I never saw. E-bay companies don't ask you for memberships. They refused to credit me after "carefull consideration" of my situation.
They also said they sent a bill every month for the billing which I can refute from my e-mail history.
There has to be a law agency that can inmediatly shut these people down.
I'm contacting law enforcement agencies in the area, Boca Raton Fl. And insist on having someone look at this. If we act in unison it would help.
