99 dollars taken from checking while looking for payday loan Internet

I was looking for a payday loan on diffrent sites on 5/5/09. Today i called to check my checking account balance to find it 99 dollars short. I called my bank to find it was from starter credit direct.

I called the number my bank gave me. I was on hold for 10 min then they hungup on me. My husband researched them and found this contact info.

After talking to her she told me to read websites more carfully but sent me to a site to ask for a refund.
