This guy (his name is Greg) advertising on Craigslist and that's where I found his info. His web design looked good and I called him.in the very beginning everything was great just like the marriage:)
But when he has completed about 75% of work on my site and my dad and my uncle's sites, he has stopped responding to emails and phone calls altogether. So basically it looks like he charges you for site creation, does part of the work, and then splits with your money and leaves your site unfinished.
