Did not fill my 2 orders. I paid, they took the money. They will not email back after many, many attempts! Phone number does not work!

In Dec. 2008 I ordered two mag. Subscriptions for my children for Christmas. I paid, magsalmostfree.com took my payment via paypal. The funds have been deducted from my bank account. I have not received any mags. I have emailed so many times I can't count and they will NOT return my emails. Their phone number listed for this company does not work. They stole from me but mostly from my children!
