To start I have no idea where this company gets off billing me. I was billed by a long distance company that I have never used. This company is said to be linked to that long distance company. I have spoken with that long distance company and they have agreed to credit the charges. This company will not answer the customer support line to talk to someone live. I have also wrote to the company and have not gotten a response back. I will be doing a follow up soon to see how and what are they billing me for.
