Transcend Marketing, Kevin Fugate
Defaulted on payment for services

I was hired by Mr. Fugate to voice an infomercial for his product, Transcend Marketing's multi-level marketing club. He was very enthusiastic and eager to have the work done, and talked the talk of a serious businessman.

I delivered the audio as promised, and he made statements about meeting me in town (we live in the same region) to "drop off the check", etc. That was the last I heard. He never made an appointment to see me, never replied to multiple email and USPS inquiries, and ultimately has filed bankruptsy.

I would advise getting payment up-front from Kevin Fugate of Crescent City California.
