EBay Power Seller kbmill2 totally misrepresents their comforters as down! They do NOT disclose that it's 95% feathers in a 60% polyester fabric exterior. Online the Miller Home Fashions label on the picture says 'Imperial Down'. But when the comforter arrives and I can see the whole label, it plainly states 95% feathers and Made in China.
The seller will only refund my money if I pay to ship it back to them in Florida at a cost of $20 /-. This means I'm out $20 and still don't have a comforter. And they profit from their shipping and handling fees on an item that's not worth returning - so they can sell it AGAIN!
I filed a complaint through eBay's resolution Center but could get any satisfaction. Power Seller kbmill2 sells so many items (many baby items) that their rating is over 99% and the 30 people who leave a negative review every month are buried under the positive "Oh so cute baby clothes" reviews.
Since eBay makes lots of $ (over 000 transactions) and has no motivation to stop this blatant fraud. And Beyond Bedding goes on its merry way selling to the next person who believes their advertising lies.
