Complaint / Review
BlueMountain.com
Takes your subscription, then refuses entry, has no way to contact via we

I signed up for a year's subscription to bluemountain.com and was only able to send e-cards at the very beginning.

Bluemountain.com has removed all available ways to contact them via their website if you cannot log in, so my only recourse was to send them a snail mail v@ _ _ _ _ _ request for a refund last Dec. 8TH I will copy and paste my request below, as it explains the situation fully.

They have not replied, and it is now the end of april!

TEXT OF LETTER SENT:
December 8

To Whom It May Concern:

I renewed my subscription to www.bluemountain.com some months ago and sent one or two e-cards at that time. Since then I have not been able to log in. Your site informs me that my computer isn't receiving Cookies. I re-configured it exactly according to your instructions, but I still cannot log in.

You have removed all links to any contact with blue mountain whatsoever on your website. Everything I clicked on to try to contact you or receive help ended in a worthless loop of instructions that led me back to where I started, including your Automated Phone System which isn't a phone system at all, but just another link to a worthless list of only 4 FAQ items, none of which list a phone number or link me to any help whatsoever.

If you insist on insulating yourself completely from any contact from a paying subscriber, and I cannot obtain any value from the subscription I paid for, I expect a full refund of my money, with the exception of a one-day, pro-rated deduction for the one or two cards I was in fact able to send the first day.

The only way I found to contact you at all, was through a reminder email which contained your Brick and Mortar address, thus inspiring me to send this letter to you.

I resist any government intervention or regulation of the internet, but there apparently should be a law that states that if you receive money for services or products, that you should not be able to shield yourself from all contact with your Customers who have paid for them.

Please verify my log-in attempts, and refund my money, or else fix the problem and set the clock back on my subscription to reflect all the lost months I have not been able to use what I've paid for. Thank you. (email address added here) (full name and phone number added here)
