Has rude customer service

NonPublished Inc has shown a total disregard in how its employees treat the customers. Please read the following enchange and note the grammer and rude behavior in the responses from the company rep.

You were typing in O for 0 more than likely. We have to add this human detector to keep other web sites from scripting in and running our free search at 5000 request a day. I had trouble getting results because none of the images I needed to copy allowed me access. I was told that maybe it was because I used an O instead of a 0. However, some of the images had no zero or letter O. So, that wouldn't explain it. One of your people gave me the information I was seeking. However, the information I sought was from a free search.

If you didn't want to know who's phone number this was then what was the free search going to help you with. The $12 search gave you his name and address. What did you want just the carrier above? Do you have a problem with the results? There is no free lunch, if you only wanted the free carrier look up, you can do that anytime yourself. If you did not want the persons name and address we will refund your $12 search we paid $8 from the phone company for and you can self manage your account. You ask for help and we helped you. There is not anything FREE for looking up Cell Phone Numbers that is worth your time and money! You would have found them already on the Internet. Don't waste your money on these $39 flat fee sites or FREE sites that provide no results and just waste precious time. Try these sites if you want to waste some more time and Buyer Beware From:

Please give me the name of your parent company and its location. Still didn't respond to my request. I asked for the Name of your Company headquarters and its location. If you choose not to respond to this, I will just copy the letters and send it to Consumer Rip Offs. Your responses have been rude and inconsiderate especially in the first letter where you used the word "Crap". I am sure the public will be interested to read this. I got the information from another site where I didn't have to pay to subscribe but only paid $12 as a one time charge for 24 hours use. There was no subscription fee to do this.
