They took all my account info yet never paid my through pay-pal, and doesnt seem to want to fix the issue

I am here trying to sell my wow account for a bit of spare cash, times are tight and not everyone has a steady job at the moment, I put alot of work into this account had a fully best in slot geared level 80 mage along with a geared holy paladin, a 65 shaman, and a 58 warrior. Gamepal Inc. Appraised my account at 726 dollars, hastily i accepted this offer thinking great, thats a h*ll of a lot of gas money.

I submitted all of my information without any prior research on the company and have heard nothing since they got all my account info. Some friends of mine have told me that they have seen my characters come and go on my wow account, the company seems to hide behind smoke and mirrors to avoid payment at all costs, shortly after submitting my info i have heard nothing but bad things about gamepal. Today i got 3 email replies to the many i have sent, they were all auto generated. I have been looking for a phone number for the company for a few days and stumbled across 919-575-9648, when calling 800-goog-411. Im tired of all the deceit and just want either my money back or my account. But live chat is never online for accounts and nobody gets back to me. The phone number is also for some reason blocking incoming calls. Hmm sound a tad suspicous?

The following is a copy of one of the many chats i have had with the live support of other "entities" of the website

Lougee: Hello, thank you for contacting Gamepal. For which game would you like to purchase currency?
Customer: im requesting that i be connected to eric smith or be given his phone number
Lougee: I'm sorry but we are unable to connect you to Eric Smith and I am not privy of his phone number.
Lougee: We are Currency Gamepal.
Customer: ok...
Customer: well
Customer: can i have an office phone number for gamepal?
Customer: i have checked every 15 minutes for the past 5 days and nobody has been online with you guys, i filled out a form to sell you guys my account no action has been taken toward paying me yet, my real life friend has called me and told me someone has logged into my account, which was obviously your company because i changed the password specifically for you guys
Lougee: I'm not privy of the information as well.
Lougee: I only work for currency gamepal and not the entire site.
Customer: ok... Well your telling me you work for gamepal... But have no way of contacting them?
Lougee: Please be informed again that currency gamepal and accounts gamepal are entirely a different entity.
Customer: no... You guys are on the same website so actually you are not
Lougee: Eventhough we are at the same site, they are entirely a "Different Entity".
Customer: you are the same company yet different branches
Customer: ok so give me the currency phone number
Lougee: For curreny gamepal, we only have chat and e-mail support.
Customer: ok well then i am in the process of filing a class a civil action law-suit seeing as how you have stolen over 175 dollars worth of wow gold off my account and logged into it yet have not paid me
Lougee: As I've said we are currency gamepal and we are entirely a different entity with accounts gamepal.
Lougee: I would have help you if we are the same entity however we are not.
Customer: that doesnt mean that you cant give me a number for them, my cousin was an ex-employee and he has told me that, what you are telling me is a lie and that you are using smoke and mirrors to hide the truth
Customer: that you guys are sitting in an office right next to eachother
Lougee: I'm sorry, as I've said we are entirely a different entity.
Lougee: I can't do anything if you don't believe me.
Customer: ok, i believe you, so what can you do?
Customer: let me guess? Expedite the process by sending an email to accounts letting them know that i need payment?
Lougee: If we will send an e-mail it will still be on the same e-mail address that I gave you.
Customer: im sorry i dont really understand what that says ^?
Lougee: If we will send an email on your behalf we will still send it to their e-mail address [email protected].
Customer: yes, so, who do you answer to?
Customer: at your job? Could i talk to your manager?
Lougee: There's no manager here as of the moment.
Lougee: By the way, we are not allowed to escalate or transfer this chat to our Manager or Supervisor since your concern is about accounts.
Customer: ok, so what you are telling me is that your website is unrelaible and has no customer service?
Customer: (for accounts)
Lougee: As I've said we are a different entity with accounts gamepal.
Customer: ok, i understand that
Lougee: Thank you.
Lougee: Do you have currency inquiry which I can help you with?
Customer: but that is besides the point the point is that you work for the same company which means you have to have some way to contact them
Customer: So, Does gamepal as a whole have a phone number at all to contact them?
Lougee: As I've said we are a "Different Entity" we are not the same company even if we are on the same site.
Lougee: None.
Customer: ok so, there is no way to contact any part of gamepal through telephone?
Lougee: None.
Customer: so whose number is 919.575.9648
Lougee: I'm not privy of the information.
Customer: you just said no phone number yet this phone number is registered as of april 16 09 as gamepal.inc raleigh north carolina? Yet there is no way of contacting your company?
