Ripoff deception fraud business Haute

I ordered 3 dvds 2 months ago and never recieved them. I have been charged for them with my credit card and paid for them. They have even sent me another dvd in the meantime that I didn't order.

I have emailed and emailed them, yet I get no answer. I am highly disatisfied and feel I should get a refund on my dvds.
