My credit card was also charged for $11.89 on April 4th. I did not recognize the company. Their phone number was not in service and their website is under construction. When I googled it I found the 2 other reports here on consumer complaints. The only other information on the credit card listing was "163-02702178 CA". Not sure what that refers to except maybe they are based in California. Keep an eye on your transactions.
