I paid for photoshop and couldn't download it, my pop up blockers were turnrd of so I wouldn't miss any thing, because they some times interfere with downloading.

On the reciept it had a website: http://www.qbstech.com which comes up with page load error when you try to go there and an email address: [email protected] which I have had no response from
