My dealings with Bulk eMail Superstore began in January 08. We dealt with a salesman named Gabriel, a tech named Tim, and the Owner, Keith. We paid $1500 for the delivery of 50 million eMails. I don't believe a single one ever made it out of their black-listed servers.
Rude/abusive staff. Letter filed with FLA Atty General's Office. Stay away from these thieves!!
