11.0A 4-Pin DIN AC. My company's credit card has been charged $805.89 and I have not received anything! I have emailed with no response. They do not have a telephone number or fax number on their website. They should be shut down. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will not give up until i get my money back.
