I have multiple frauds to report. The first being Ebay's feedback policy. It unjustly gives leverage to all buyers, who can at will leave any feedback against a sellers account and not me be held accountable. Sellers on the other hand are handcuffed, not being able to defend themselves and are on the wrong end of the deal. This is a disease hitting numerous sellers and buyers alike on ebay and most just don't have the time to write or don't want to put up with the hassel. I am writing on their behalf because someone needs to standup to this monopoly, meglomaniac, power craving giant known as ebay who charges way to many fees and should be regulated by an outside source.
I am also writing in regard to my account suspension. Recently ebay removed my account because of "abusing ebay". No such proof has been given to me and I feel I am innocent of any wrong doing. This is a a clear hitler type mentality that should not be tolerated on the internet, especially because so many people rely upon ebay to keep their business afloat. I simply explained to my buyers how the DSR worked and ebay likely looked down on my views that a 4.0 is a failed sale, which it really is, given a 4.1 you can't sell anymore. They banned me for feedback extortion as a seller, reinstated me after a week. They cited a false suspension reason and 2 hours later suspended me again for "abusing ebay" for no clear reason to me. I demand my immediant account reinstantment plus $5,000 for loss sales for the month of March. Whatever you guys can do or have others do would be very much appreciated!
