I found this site through a Google search, it looks convincing enough, just the usual technology etailer. When you order a product (in my case a laptop) they take your contact details and call you to confirm. They do not accept cards on the site so they send an email invoice. This also appears to be fine, giving you their bank details and asking for a direct transfer of funds via your bank.
The problem starts when you expect the usual confirmations. They not only don't get in touch in the usual way they do not respond to any enquiries. The UK phone numbers they supply do not work, they either go dead or pass you straight to an answerphone message with the only option being to leave your details. This does not work as they simply ignore all messages. Their email, both from the contact page of their site and the email address given on the invoice both work, but don't expect a reply, they ignore all communication.
I have been trying for two weeks now to find out where my laptop is with no result.
Avoid this site, do not attempt to buy from them, they will rip you off.
