I first had problems in November & December last year, when I had been charged 60 for something called 'receivehelp.com'. I was refunded by by bank and thought that was the end of it. However, the same thing happened again in January when I had money stolen from my account by 'client-aid.com', and it has just happened again with 'helponthego.com'. It's clearly some sort of dodgy porn site, but I have no idea how they managed to get my details, especially since I am very careful using my card over the net, I stick to big companies I know I can trust, like Amazon.
I've even tried to resolve the problem through them, to no avail.
