This company — www.howtodrivefree.com, a subsidiary of Creative Outdoor Ads — preys on individuals and small businesses by not paying for services that are rendered. I wrote the referenced website and received kudos from the client for my fast work and my excellent results. He then "disappeared", refusing to answer phone calls and emails, despite the fact that he had signed a contract. This is a disreputable company, and I urge the buyer to beware. If it happened to me, it can happen to YOU.
