Does not honor their contract commitments

I purchased a web site in April from Transworld International. This web site was to supply me (as explained to me by Joe the salesperson) with a web site along with 100,000 customers and leads, customer support and coaching. The cost for this package was $3495.00. I paid for the package via my Discover Card and had my hopes running high for the opportunity to make a residual income to suppliment my up coming retirement age.
To this date today (3/6) I do not have a web site and I have not recieved coaching, support or the 100,000 customers and leads. I have tried in vain to contact the company via telephone and email. The telephone number seems to not be functional and they do not answer email.
I notified Discover Card in hopes to dispute the purchase and Discover said they cannot or will not do anything to help me because I had a signed contract with Transworld International. If I wanted to pursue the issue then I had to contact a lawyer. I had a representative from Discover Card call the phone numbers to Transworld International in an attempt to prove my dispute. The representative said the numbers do not seem to be ligit and finished by saying pretty much " tough luck".
