We did an 'emergency' on-site for Prism Pointe. They called asking us to go on-site ASAP to replace a Gateway motherboard. We did everything they asked and have followed up with messages, faxes, and emails. We have NEVER received any response. Our bill is small, but p*es me off to be completely ignored.
Do NOT take any work from these people! As others have said, 'They are not paying and are ignoring me'.
