As many have read, if you simply look at some websites or answer a text message, it automatically adds a subsription to your monthly cell phone bill in the amount of $9.99. No one authorized this service, yet this company continues to send spam and other solicitation, so that people will accidentally open their emails/text messages and then BAM... The charge appears.
I have found some information for everyone, and wanted to provide it here for everyone else to use.
There are ways to get rid of it, but not by going to Cyclon LLC or Gamer Data. Go directly to your cell phone company. If you go to the phone lines provided by Cyclon LLC it just goes to voice mail for their call center (apparently they only have a total of 25 employees at their corporate office, so I think the call center is only 1 person)
If you do need to reach someone at Gamer Data/Cylcon LLC you can call Mark Witt (phone 1-480-264-5000) Beware of Susan, she answers the phone. I think Mark is the call center (the one person)
If you need to get ahold of someone else with the company, another internet marketing division which has about 15 people and located in a different building, you can call 1-480-368-2585, and Jen was very helpful by providing names, etc... (Susan wasn't)
Don't bother with 1-888-351-6703 it is suppose to go to the call center, but it actually only goes to a voice mail and no one every answers it.
Good luck - never a company I would want to be affiliated with or do business with.
