Inetgtiant.com seem to be carrying out fraud
This is what happened to me'
After I submitted my credit card details and clicked the "pay" button a pop up message "Fraud Alert" appeared on the screen. This stopped me going any further with the transaction as further clicks caused the screen to disappear.
I tried again with a different credit card. With the same result. I tried again with my girlfriends credit card same result again.in all I made about five attempts with the same result each time. Oh well I thought this is just good housekeeping on their part so no worries.
Just to check, I contacted my card issuers the following day, to find they had not imposed any anti fraud restrictions on ANY of the cards. BUT surprise, surprise, all five transactions had been authorized by the card issuer so INETGIANT fraudsters got my money.
I phoned the toll free number and was not surprised to find an answering machine redirecting inquiries to the various departments.
I emailed billing and politely explained what had happened and "please can they make the refunds "
That was over ten days ago, NO REPLY. I emailed again and of course I am still waiting for a response.
The worrying thing is they can do this MONTH after MONTH.
So far this has cost me 5 times $39!!! With NO SERVICE OR PRODUCT DELIVERED.
What can we do? I don't know but I am told that my card issuer will take up the issue of the refunds but only AFTER 30 days have elapsed. I would expect that they would advise all issuers that INETGIANT.com are scammers and get them blacklisted.
On a personal level I am definitely going to take steps to block any further reductions from the card in favour of INETGIANT.com. And put a video message out on UTUBE warning everyone.
That's the great thing about the internet we have our chance to EXPOSE THE FRAUDSTERS to MILLIONS.
I would encourage anyone with a similar experience to do just that
