They contacted me to install Encryption Software on 9 - 10 Pc's/Laptops for Myerl Lynch located in Buffalo, NY and I accepted and even took a vacation day from my full time job in order to accommodate their guidelines and hours of tech support availability. Completed the job successfully and even helped out another tech with phone assistance for the same company and scope of work at no additional time or spend limit increase.
This was mid December of I have done everything right to close this and can not get these people to even return a phone call or pay. I really think this company needs to be shut down and will do everything in my power to see this happen.
