Disconnected my service and charge me reactivation fee 14.00 AND Administrative fee 7.00 for the payment due

After signing up with comcast for thier Cable and internet for 66.00 for 6 months deal i got my firs bill for about 100 dollars

Then i sign up for online account and signing up for auto-pay online I thougth my fist bill due will taken out of my auto pay but acccording to them i must make seperate payment that i wasnt aware of!

So after i received my second bill on line I saw due amount of 174.00 and also that my service will be disconneted on Feb 24 and my next autp payment date was Feb 28 so i called them right away to findout that if i need to pay right away to avoid disconnecent on feb 24th They told me that as long as i have signed up for auto pay they will not disconnect my service and payment will be made on feb 28th

But on Feb 24th they disconneceted my service and i called back to inquire about it and they told me that i need to apy this amount right way so I paid the amount due

But they charged me for reactivation fee of 14.00 and admistrative fee of 7.00 to my account

So I am so furious at rip-off comast did this to me and i am about to switch to eiather Dishnetwork or WOW!
