After 18 years of using the same name for my business. This guy (who had registered it when soliciting an employee) decides I should no longer have access. Shuts me down and then proceeds to use my well known biz name as a click through site. Scum if there ever was any!!! He also did this to my friend who let her ranch name expire after losing her home in the serious Southern California fires! When it was first found out, many years ago, he admitted it was not his domain name and we could have it transfered. He made it very hard and ultimatley allowed my web guy access as a technician only. When I complained and paid an attorney to contact him, he responded with threats of his own and what he would do to cost me much money and grief. What's a person to do who does not have lots of money or a law degree? Check out his personal web sites sometime and be prepared to barf.
