We bought over $7000 worth of chairs almost 90 days ago and have been getting the run around from this jerk for 2 months about getting our money back. This guy is the scum of the earth and that is being nice. He does nothing he says he is going to do and should be taken to jail. What he does not realize is that I deposited a check into his CitiBank account here in NorCal and I can easily take him to court 500 miles away and that is what I am going to do. Make him suffer that we have suffered. He will answer to the charges of false and misleading advertising, larceny, uttering and a whole raft of charges.
