This Corp. Charges $199.99 to repair problems with your compute/software. They take control over internet of your computer and try to repair any problems. I spent at least 10 or 12 hours with no success. Thier supervisor, engineers tried to fix it with no sucess. After 3 months of this I asked for a refund. I ended up talking to someone diffrent each time I called or emailed. They told me they couldn't find my file and everything except the "Dog ate my Homework" I was told 2 weeks ago the check was in the (Mail). I tried to follow-up and spoke to another Customer Service person "Tory" who said he would check and call me. He has not called. I left 6 messages with his # 213-689-8631 Ext. 202. He has not returned my messages. Do not deal with this Rip Off Co.
